Business and Industrial Development Corporation
Pursuant to the Idaho Business and Industrial Development Corporation Act, Idaho Code § 26-701 et seq., an application for a Business and Industrial Development Corporation (BIDCO) shall be filed in a form and contain such information as required by the Director of the Department of Finance. As part of the BIDCO application, the Interagency Biographical and Financial Report must be completed for proposed directors, officers, controlling persons and 5 percent or more shareholders.
