Patricia R. Perkins, Director of the Idaho Department of Finance, Retires

Boise, Idaho — We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Patricia “Patti” Perkins for her many years of dedicated service to the Idaho Department of Finance. Appointed by Governor Brad Little as Director in January 2020, Patti brought exceptional leadership and vision to the Department. Her commitment to excellence led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and a notable increase in employee satisfaction. During her tenure, she served as Board Chair for the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) District V, Vice Chair for the CSBS Education Foundation Board of Trustees, and was a valued member of the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS) Regulator Board.

Patti’s retirement on October 3, 2025, marks the end of a remarkable chapter, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with her.

Governor Brad Little has appointed Salvador Cruz as the Interim Director.
