The Financial Institutions Bureau’s Credit Union Section is charged with the responsibility of regulating Idaho state-chartered credit unions and ensuring compliance with various sections of Idaho Code, including the Idaho Credit Union Act, and applicable federal regulations.
The Department is dedicated to maintaining public confidence in Idaho state-chartered credit unions and to ensuring Idaho state-chartered credit unions provide safe, sound, and reliable financial services to their members.
