The Idaho Department of Finance (IDOF) and Idaho Commission on Aging (ICOA) are announcing the creation of a joint Senior Fraud and Financial Exploitation Prevention Working Group (SFFEP) comprised of financial and senior protection experts to provide recommendations for potential policies, frameworks, and solutions that can help better protect Idaho’s senior community from financial crime.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Patricia “Patti” Perkins for her many years of dedicated service to the Idaho Department of Finance. Appointed by Governor Brad Little as Director in January 2020, Patti brought exceptional leadership and vision to the Department.

On September 22, 2023, Ada County District Judge Lynn Norton issued a Decision on Judicial Review (Decision) that AFFIRMED all aspects of the final order issued by the Director of the Department of Finance against Wall & Associates, Inc. (Wall), a Virginia corporation.
