The Idaho Department of Finance and 43 other state agencies have reached settlements with ACI Payments, Inc., for erroneously initiating electronic transactions totaling $2.3 billion from the accounts of 480,000 mortgage-holders serviced by Mr. Cooper (formerly known as Nationstar Mortgage, LLC).

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Patricia “Patti” Perkins for her many years of dedicated service to the Idaho Department of Finance. Appointed by Governor Brad Little as Director in January 2020, Patti brought exceptional leadership and vision to the Department.

On September 22, 2023, Ada County District Judge Lynn Norton issued a Decision on Judicial Review (Decision) that AFFIRMED all aspects of the final order issued by the Director of the Department of Finance against Wall & Associates, Inc. (Wall), a Virginia corporation.
